Return Request Portal

Use this portal to start a return for any unopened Noctis Tint kit purchased within the last 30 days. Before you begin, please review the full Returns & Refund Policy to confirm your return is eligible.

Before you submit, make sure:
  • Your order was delivered within the last 30 days
  • The kit is unopened with original packaging and seals intact
  • You have your original order number ready

What Happens Next

  1. Within 2 business days: You receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
  2. You ship the unopened item back using the instructions provided (return shipping at customer expense unless return is due to our error)
  3. We inspect the returned item within 1-2 business days of arrival
  4. Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of inspection to your original payment method

What Is Not Returnable

Per our Refund Policy: opened or partially used film, installed film (covered under Lifetime Warranty), custom-cut orders, sale/clearance items, gift cards, and the $5 Lifetime Warranty add-on.
