Use this portal to submit a claim under the Noctis Tint Lifetime Warranty Protection add-on. Before you begin, please review the full Lifetime Warranty Policy to confirm your claim is eligible.

Have these ready — you'll email them to us after submitting:

A legible copy of your original Noctis Tint receipt
A wide-angle photo of the affected window from outside the vehicle
A wide-angle photo from inside the vehicle
A close-up photo (within 12 inches) of the specific defect
A photo of your VIN plate or vehicle registration

Eligibility Reminder

To file a successful claim, you must be the Original Purchaser, you must still own the vehicle the tint is installed on, and you must have purchased the Lifetime Warranty Protection add-on on the same order as the affected film. This warranty is non-transferable.
